Arrive at Owen Roberts International Airport and head toward North Side and Cayman Kai. If you’re driving, remember to keep left. Parking is available in front of Building B.

A little consideration.

Please respect the condo, the communal spaces and the people enjoying them.

  • The condo is absolutely smoke- and vape-free. No smoking or vaping is permitted inside.
  • Keep all glass and bottles away from the pool and pool deck. Plastic-ware is provided in the condo.
  • Take your belongings and rubbish with you when leaving the beach or pool. Dispose of rubbish in the property dumpster.
  • Keep communal furniture in shared areas. Return loungers to the pool deck at the end of the day and never put them in the sea.
  • Preserve the peaceful setting. Late-night parties that disturb neighbours are not permitted.
  • The pool and Jacuzzi are for owners and guests currently staying at the complex. Do not grant access to outside visitors.
  • Respect the buildings, furnishings and grounds. Damage or negligence may result in charges.

McKai B13 has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and sleeps up to six guests.

Yes. The screened beachfront porch opens onto the sand. A shared saline pool and Jacuzzi are also onsite.

The kitchen is stocked with cookware, bakeware and tableware. Bed linens, beach towels, a washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, central A/C and ceiling fans are provided, along with starter paper products, dish liquid and hand soap.
